Business people of all kinds are no longer interested in alternating between a “work life” and a “non-work life.” Increasingly, we insist that our work hours reflect our values and our missions as well as provide an income. We want meaning in everything we do, and we are looking for places to work that also reflect and demonstrate mission and purpose. We are witnessing the rise of the “spiritreneur.” This course, which follows two of my books — Jesus, Inc. and Jesus, CEO — offers insight into the convergence of spirituality and the working life based on the words and example of Jesus of Nazareth. It provides the road map and the grounding for business individuals and companies who seek the power of perspective that informs good business decisions. This course will guide you through four phases of the “spiritreneur’s” business cycle and introduce you to the three key skills necessary to run and develop a flourishing business in harmony with your personal goals and spiritual convictions.

Course Creator and Instructor:

Laurie Beth Jones is president and founder of The Jones Group, an advertising, marketing, and business development firm whose mission is”to recognize, promote, and inspire divine excellence.” She is a former president of the El Paso Chapter of American Women in Radio and Television and an alumna of Leadership El Paso and Lead San Diego. She has won numerous awards in design, copywriting, poetry, speech, and racquetball. Laurie has written two musicals, more than two hundred songs, several books of poetry, and is still “profoundly excited by the spiritual quest.”
